Racing will be run on a prepared hard surface track in the 5,000 seat Pavilion on the grounds of the Tulsa County Fairgrounds. Plans are to benefit both local and national children's charities.

Quarter Midgets of America (QMA) is a non-profit organization with over 2,500 family memberships and approximately 4,000 drivers ranging in age from 5-16.

TQMA is a sanctioned quarter midget club of Quarter Midgets of America (QMA) located at 1901 N. Yale, Tulsa, OK since 1958. Previous national quarter midget Grand National events were held in 1959 and 1981. NASCAR racing great Jeff Gordon participated in the 1981 Grand's at the Tulsa track.  End
